Returns & Exchange

At Shop Crystal Rose we pride ourselves in providing quality items for you to love. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund on clothing, ALL tags must be attached, and garment must not have been worn or laundered. For gift items, ALL packaging must be undisturbed, and returned in new condition.

Due to health regulations, clothing that has been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will NOT be accepted. It is at Shop Crystal Rose’s sole discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Shop Crystal Rose cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item, or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@ShopCrystalRose.com, or by chat.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective by Shop Crystal Rose.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). 

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

Instructions for Sending Your Return Back to Shop Crystal Rose

  1. Fill out the form below with your e-mail address and order number. 
  2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return.
  3. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
  4. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!
  5. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  6. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
